£27,000 Basic | £60,000+ OTE (Uncapped)

Our client is growing their Telemarketing/Telesales team and are looking for experienced Telemarketing / Telesales Executives to join their fully remote sales team.

If you have telesales or telemarketing expereince, are confident on the phone, enjoy outbound calling, and want uncapped earning potential while working from home, this role could be ideal.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound sales calls
• Book qualified appointments
• Handle objections confidently
• Work towards clear targets with strong support
• Use CRM systems and diallers

Full training, IT equipment, and ongoing coaching are provided.

What They are Looking For

• Previous outbound telesales/telemarketing experience
• Strong cold-calling skills
• Confident objection handling and rapport building
• Target-driven and money-motivated
• CRM and dialler experience

Proven experience in energy, insurance, utilities, renewables, or similar sectors within a B2B role is a plus.
